Under normal conditions, payment is required in full once the visas have been issued by the Department of Immigration.
If the visa is an electronic visa it will be sent vial email or other preferred method once payment in full is received.
If the visa is issued in a passport or other original document The original will be delivered by courier or hand once payment is received in full ( cash on delivery is acceptable).
If payment is not received within 7 days of the documents being issued, the visas will be cancelled and the electronic visas made void and the original document visa will be cancelled.
Many of our services require a number or original documents to be delivered and processed. This includes residency, retirement, work permits, investor visas and company registration.
Therefore it may occasionally be necessary for us to request an advance deposit.
The reason for this is that many registration documents may need to pass through several departments each charging a fee before the documents can go forward.
If the application is rejected this deposit will be refunded.
Please discuss this with your specialist before making any commitments.
We try our best to avoid this and it happens rarely, however, it is importent that clients are clear on this issue before the processing starts.
