Investor KITAS is a license granted to an Investor to stay and be in the Territory of Indonesia for a limited period KITAS E28 for 2 years. Investor KITAS provides you with a multiple entry permit.
Requirements for Investor KITAS E28 and the PMA company
- Passport that is still valid for at least 6 months
- Two colour photographs with a size of 4 cm x 6 cm
- Establishment of the Foreign Investment Company PT PMA + Virtual Office for 12 months

Step by step Process :
- Clients decision
- Client sending required documents

- We apply for notary legalisation
- Process of notary takes 7-10 business days
- We apply for VITAS (Kitas visa) – for this step you can’t be in Indonesia
- Process of VITAS takes 7-9 business days
- VITAS is issued and client have 90 days to enter Indonesia
- Client come to Indonesia, we take passport to report to local Immigration
- Process takes 7-14 business days
- KITAS permit is issued
