The Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration issued Circular Number IMI-0700.GR.01.01 of 2022 concerning Ease of Immigration in the Context of Supporting Sustainable Tourism During the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic. This latest regulation, issued on September 14 2022, replaces or revokes the previous Circular Letter with the same thing on July 26 2022.

e-VOA Bali Indonesia is an electronic visa on arrival system that allows eligible foreign nationals to apply for a visa online before traveling to Indonesia. This system was introduced in 2016 to simplify the visa application process and encourage tourism in Indonesia.
The e-VOA Indonesia system is available for citizens of 169 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. The visa is valid for up to 30 days and can be used for tourism, business, or social purposes.
To apply for an e-VOA Indonesia, eligible foreign nationals must complete an online application form and pay the visa fee using a credit card. The application must be submitted at least 4 days before the intended travel date.
Once the application is processed and approved, the applicant will receive an electronic visa approval letter via email. The applicant must print out the approval letter and present it to the immigration officer upon arrival in Indonesia.
