We are Ratu Visa a company that specialises in Visa and Company registration agency & consultancy services to people that wish to enter Indonesia on a variety of visas and for a variety of reasons.
We are a a subsidiary of the holding company PT Ratu Rajasa Group. Both Pt Ratu Rajasa and PT Ratu Visa are fully licensed to provide agency and consultancy services. We are also agents licensed by the Department of Immigration to provide services nationwide.

Who we share your data with
Nobody – ever. We do not collect store or utilise your data for any other reason that getting in touch with you to answer questions, complete agency services and to provide you with updates via out newsletter, if you sign up for it.
Since we are in almost all cases dealing with highly confidential data only the specialist and one assistant has access to your. The data is kept on external disks offline and cannot be accessed by third parties or anyone that is not authorised by by our management team or you.
We do provide the relevant data to immigration and legal authorities issuing your documentation, however this is limited to the standard information required and forms filled in.

How long we retain your data
We retain your data while processing your required documentation. We keep this data on file indefinitely to be able to refer to it again if you decide to utilise our services further. We can also provide you with this data as a copy should you require it while traveling and omitted to bring your copies with you.
Once your documents are processed you may ask us to delete and destroy your data from our records and data storage centres immediately and irrevocably. All that is required is an email requesting the deletion of your data and it will be done immediately.
If your data remains on record with us we may from time to time contact you to ask if it is still up-to-date or if you wish us to delete it or continue to retain it.
What rights you have over your data
It’s your data – all of your data and contact information is entirely yours and yours alone. We have absolutely no need for it outside processing your requests. Therefore it is entirely yours and you can tell us what you want to do with it and we will comply immediately.
Where your data is sent
Your Data is sent – only to the relevant authorities related to your documentation requirements. That’s it. Nobody else. Your personal agent and one assistant has access and these two people pass it directly by hand to the legal authorities and collect the documents and then return them to you. No other third parties are ever involved.
It is quite simple. It is your data. We are obliged to keep it confidential and we do. You control who has access and when you want it deleted from our records.
